The Ride for Life Cookbook by Nello Ghezzo and Marc Millon
Travelling through France and Northern Italy by cycle will definitely work up a prodigious appetite, and Nello and Marc plan to keep hunger (and the cyclist's dreaded "bonk") at bay by cooking regional foods along the way. This book, written in a diary form, will relate the adventures (and misadventures) of the Ride, as well as include recipes of chef Nello¹s regional interpretations together with wine suggestions by Marc.
